Electrical Engineer | Renewable Energy | PE - Kimley-Horn & Associates : Job Details

Lead the design of electrical systems including renewable generation, energy storage, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, building electrical, and battery storage projects. Perform design on a wide variety of projects, such as photometrics and lighting, power distribution, EV charging, and more. Responsible for the development of design documents and reports, including electrical layouts, equipment schematics and block diagrams, electrical system calculations, and one-line diagrams. Daily interaction and collaboration on multi-disciplinary teams, with interaction across Kimley-Horn offices. Prepare project specifications, electrical construction cost estimates, and proposals, supporting the growth of electrical engineering service areas in the local market and across the country. Expected to assist in mentoring, training, and growing a team to expand our Renewable Energy practice.
