In MACOM's MMIC Business Unit we design MMI - Cs and IM - As for cellular, aerospace & defense, and other wireless applications. We are looking for a microwave electromagnetic engineer for the mm. Wave module design team at MACOMs Northampton, MA Center of Excellence with experience designing passive structures such as power combiners, couplers, waveguide launches, non-reciprocal ferrite devices, and antenna products. Experience with active microwave circuits is a plus. You will:Be responsible for the electromagnetic design, layout, test, and release of RF/ MMW products and functional components of IM - As. Design customized versions of the following items in waveguide, microstrip, stripline, or other distributed transmission line systems: Circulators, couplers, isolators, power divider/combiners, attenuators, phase shifters, and terminations. Support design of industry leading solid state power amplifiers using high performance combiner/divider networks.
