Electrical Engineer - Koch Enterprises : Job Details

Design and develop electrical and control systems for automated finishing equipment. Program and configure PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HM - Is, and other control devices to meet project requirements. Create and review electrical schematics and layout drawings, ensuring compliance with UL 508 A standards Develop specifications for electrical components and systems. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of control systems. Provide technical support during installation and commissioning at customer sites. Develop documentation, including user manuals, programming diagrams, and electrical drawings. Stay up to date with industry standards (e.g., ANSI, NFPA, NEC) and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in controls engineering in manufacturing or automation.
