location: Copiague, New Yorkjob type: Permanentsalary: $80,000 - 130,000 per yearwork hours: 9am to 5pmeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

• Design and develop analog and digital circuits for electromechanical testing instruments.
• Create and optimize PCB layouts using PADS, Altium, or similar software.
• Program microcontrollers using C for embedded system applications.
• Maintain and improve existing products, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Develop technical documentation, including specifications, procedures, and test reports.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in developing electronic products from concept to production.
• Familiarity with serial communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with test lab equipment.
• Preferred:
• Experience with load cells and stepper motor controllers.
• Knowledge of user interface design for embedded systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-tasking environment.
