Electrical Engineer - Tenneco : Job Details

OF POSITION: The Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, systems, and processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives, ensures equipment reliability, and assists with automation and control system projects in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on production equipment and plant infrastructure Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts Design and implement improvements to control systems, PLCs, HM - Is, and automation equipment Lead electrical engineering support for capital projects, including new equipment installations Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Ensure all electrical systems comply with NEC, OSHA, and company safe...Electrical Engineer, Electrical, Engineer, Systems, Product Engineer, Technical Support
