Electrical Engineer - Good Carbon Core LLC : Job Details

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer seeking a challenging role in sustainable building design? We're looking for a driven individual to join our team and contribute to the electrification and decarbonization of multi-family residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design innovative, energy-efficient electrical systems.
• Specify and design electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, EV charging, renewable energy integration).
• Ensure seamless integration of all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Participate in project meetings and manage tasks within budget and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct RCA, and improve system reliability.
• Stay current on industry advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing and engineering electrical systems for multi-family residential buildings.
• Experience with sustainable electrical systems, such as EV charging stations, solar energy integration, and energy-efficient power distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct energy modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to sustainable design principles and practices.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with net-zero building projects.
• PE certified.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,750.00 - $115,000.00 per year
