Electrical Engineer/Designer – Transit & Rail - Vanasse Hangen Brustlin : Job Details

Assist in preparation of design drawings and documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, proposals, calculations, and studies associated with transit and rail traction power systems, including load flow analyses and computational analyses for power systems. Assist in preparation of final design document preparation for power systems, substations, power distribution, facility power, and security systems on several types of transit and rail infrastructure projects Prepare plans, specifications, reports, and analyses to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Review contractor design drawings and specifications to ensure system requirements are met. Skills and Attributes Knowledge of railway substation and power distribution systems design.
