Electric Assembler (Electrician) - Orion Talent : Job Details

Description Position: Electrician Location: Batavia, OH Shift: 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri, 2:15?PM-10:00?PM (+$2.00/hr shift differential) Compensation: $22-$25/hr (DOE) + $2,500 sign-on bonus Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Position Summary: Join the team as an Electrician supporting electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a manufacturing environment. This role works with high-voltage systems, conduit bending, wiring, and ensures compliance with NEC standards to keep production running efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Install and maintain electrical systems, including 208V/480V panels.
• Bend conduit, pull wire, and integrate transformers.
• Connect and maintain 3-phase motors.
• Perform continuity tests and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Support other departments as needed and follow safety protocols.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of electrical installation experience (manufacturing, industrial, or construction).
• Proficiency with NEC standards and high-voltage systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing setting.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Trade school completion preferred.
