Some overtime may be required.Job Title: Election WorkerLocation: Washington, PaHours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PMDress Code: Casual (jeans, tennis shoes, neat appearance)Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Election Equipment Technician to assist with the preparation, testing, programming, and handling of electronic election equipment in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, able to follow detailed written instructions, and capable of performing physical tasks as part of daily responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Program and test electronic election equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Perform logic and accuracy testing of voting machines prior to elections.
• Prepare precinct supply bags with appropriate materials for poll workers.
• Load and unload supply bags between the office and warehouse for pick-up.
• Unpack and sort election materials after elections.
• File and retrieve materials alphabetically, numerically, or chronologically.
• Screen telephone calls and assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using touch screen technology (iPads, smartphones, voting equipment).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of standard English vocabulary, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a warehouse environment.
