Production Operator Pasta Line LOCATION: Wolcott Plant SHIFT: 2nd REPORTS TO: Plant Manager - - - RESUME REQUIRED POSITION DESCRIPTION:? Team Members in this role are responsible for operating the processing equipment and completing all quality checks required in the manufacture of Egglife Pasta to include cooking, forming, baking, cooling, cutting, and packaging. Responsibilities include completing all tasks and duties in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the manufacture of food-safe and delicious food items that meet all formulas, specifications, quality, and compliance requirements. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (non-exclusive list): Ability to read and follow product formulas, specifications and operating standards to make consistent and food-safe product every time. Ability to understand, operate, and clean/sanitize the equipment required to form, cook, bake, cool package, and pack food-safe ready-to-eat product.
