Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist from the Minneapolis area to join our team in a hybrid capacity, working on-site in Le Sueur, MN 3 days a week and 2 days remote. Occasional travel within the US may be required. In this role, you will oversee and continuously improve our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. You'll collaborate with operational leaders to ensure both employee safety and efficient productivity, designing and implementing policies that align with federal, state, and local regulations. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while proactively promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. You will work closely with leadership teams to align EHS goals with operational objectives, fostering an environment that prioritizes employee well-being and operational excellence.Key Role Specific Requirements:
