EHS Site Representative - Advantage Drainage Systems : Job Details

We are looking for an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Representative to join our team! In this role, you will lead facility cultural transformation in partnership with the Plant Manager and other site leaders. If you are passionate about safety and health within supply chain logistics, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and deliver safety training and materials. Monitor safety-related computer-based training. Assemble and distribute safety metrics/reports. Conduct safety audits and behavioral assessments. Track and manage corrective actions from safety audits. Ensure all safety and environmental compliance issues are current. Serve as the primary contact for EHS compliance issues. Assist in incident investigation and follow-up. Mentor plant safety committees and chairperson. Promote ADS safety culture with plant leadership.
