EHS & Facilities Manager - Illinois Tool Works : Job Details

Environmental, Health & Safety (70%)Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other regulatory bodies. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Maintain records and documentation required by federal, state, and local agencies. Train employees on safety procedures, CPR, HAZWOPER, and emergency response. Lead monthly Safety Committee meetings and coordinate emergency drills. Manage waste disposal and hazardous materials programs. Promote sustainability initiatives including recycling and energy conservation. Serve as the primary contact for emergency services and regulatory inspections. Facilities Management (30%)Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems. Supervise Maintenance Technicians and custodial staff. Manage vendor contracts for landscaping, snow removal, janitorial, and security services.
