EHS Engineer - Flex : Job Details

To support our extraordinary team who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add an EH&S Engineer/ Specialist located in Henrico Virginia. This position will report to the Site EH&S Manager while developing a strong cooperative relationship with the Plant leadership team. The EHS Engineer/ Specialist will establish and maintain an effective system of communication within the organization, developing effective working relationships with the safety committee, department managers, plant manager, and employees. Key accountabilities are as follow:The primary function of the position is to help create a culture that identifies, eliminates, and control hazardous conditions that may lead to injury and/or property damage using safety standards, best management practices, and analytical techniques long with Behavior based safety programs.
