As they continue to grow, they are looking to hire an experienced EH&S Manager to lead safety initiatives across their active job sites.
Job Description - Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure safe practices
- Lead safety orientation and training programs for employees, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, complete detailed reports, and implement corrective actions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related issues across multiple job sites
- Monitor compliance with PPE, fall protection, and other job-specific safety protocols
- Maintain all required documentation including safety manuals, training records, and incident logs
- Collaborate with project managers and field leadership to foster a culture of safety
- Stay up to date on federal, state, and local safety regulations and best practices

The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of safety management experience, preferably within the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CHST, CSP, OSHA 30/OSHA 510)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Proficiency in safety software and MS Office Suite
