Workshop Education Coach Responsibilities
- Assist the Workshop Instructor during live in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Help set up materials, technology, and resources before workshops.
- Provide individual support to participants during sessions to ensure understanding of concepts.
- Collect attendee feedback and assist in post-workshop follow-ups.
- Support the instructor in maintaining a positive, engaging learning environment.
Outbound Calling & Verification Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify client information, account eligibility, and compliance details.
- Confirm attendance for upcoming workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions.
- Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns to help guide them into the next stage of our programs.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions in the CRM.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with clients and workshop attendees.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or educational settings is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic familiarity with trading, investing, or financial markets is preferred (training provided).
- Comfortable using video conferencing platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Able to work on-site in Fairfax, VA for in-person events and workshops.
