Responsibilities The Bilingual Education/Employment Specialist: Provides educational/employment services and support with the identified youth and members in the family within the household. The EES also supports the family with case management resource support as needed. EES supports program and families to enhance service delivery and improve case/service outcomes. The Bilingual Education/Employment Specialist Responsibilities

• Provide home based or community education and employment services to families, visiting families at minimum twice a month to address family needs, decrease risk and safety factors and strengthen family's overall health and wellness.
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues, community providers and model/external stakeholders to connect families to resources and support ongoing treatment communication and collaboration for effective treatment planning.
• Engage primary caregivers and other key participants throughout treatment to engage in meeting educational and employment goals and overcome barriers to engagement when they arise to ensure successful goal attainment.
• Continuously assess for family's safety, addressing crises, completing safety plans and incident reports in a timely manner as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all families served by the program with an emphasis on decreasing system involvement.
• Participate in group, individual supervisions, trainings, all staff meetings and community outreach events to strengthen professional development, skill growth, group cohesion and community visibility.

• Any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned.

Required Educational Level A bachelors degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology or relevant degree. Education Required Bachelors Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution Salary Range $52, 530.00 - $59, 830/Year Seniority level
