We are seeking an Education Director to join our team in our Indiana PA location.

Salary: up to $75,000 DOE

The Education Director is the operational leader of the school and will ensure program regulations and best practices are implemented, managed, and maintained. This role will be responsible for providing ongoing administrative, educational, and clinical program direction in development, program evaluation, and planning. This position will also be responsible for maintaining all educational state mandates as outlined for licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for endorsing Merakey Core Values throughout daily program operations.
• Oversees the profit and loss for program(s).
• Manages daily operation of program(s).
• Ensures contractual requirements and Merakey policies, procedures, and best practices are met.
• Implements policies/procedures as directed.
• Ensures compliance with state, local, federal, and contract requirements, as well as requirements from state education agencies and payors.
• Builds and maintains positive stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Responsible for fidelity of educational and clinical components of the program.
• Maintains HIPAA and FERPA guidelines in all aspects of work environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or an education degree with Supervisory Certificate. Masters degree preferred.
• Special Education Certificate highly preferred.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable about teaching in applied behavioral analysis, organized, and possess excellent educational and administrative communication skills.
