Hybrid Details: Local to Lexington, KY 3 days/week onsiteDuration: 12.5 weeks to startJob DescriptionDescription Of Services

• Lead design and deployment of IoT edge architectures for systems integration, predictive maintenance, process automation, and quality assurance.
• Drive implementation of edge AI for real-time defect detection, machine vision, and production optimization.
• Ensure secure and scalable connectivity between industrial IoT (IIoT) devices, sensors, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize energy consumption and operational efficiency through smart factory solutions.
• Integrate SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control of industrial processes.
• Develop PLC-based automation solutions for machine control and process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IoT edge solutions for industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of AWS IoT, Microsoft Azure IoT Hub, and managed cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of IoT (MQTT,AMQP) and Wireless connectivity (BLE, LoRAWAN) protocols.

Deliverables

• Process Flows
• Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
• Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
• Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
• Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
• Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
• Participate as a team member of the team
• Perform other duties as assigned.
