eCommerce Associate Buyer – Trinity Group International LLC

Our Buying team is critical to our success and delivery of unique offerings to vendors of all sizes. Working within our proprietary business model, our team members are responsible for buying and coordinating orders with our vendors, creating content rich listings and promoting and optimizing all aspects of our Amazon offerings. Buyers and Associate Buyers work hand-in-hand with our vendors and become part of their extended product team as we help to manage the complexity of integrating eCommerce platforms such as Amazon into a full brand strategy.

Position Responsibilities:

Foster relationships with partner/vendors – Your ability to develop relationships is essential for the development of loyalty and trust with our vendors. Something which we pride ourselves on and is the utmost goal of all our team.

Expand offerings with existing lines of business – **** Our partnerships are dynamic and must grow through continued efforts to optimize all that Trinity can represent for our vendors.

Create and maintain exceptional product listings – At the heart of a successful Amazon sales campaign, is the listing and this is Trinity's key differentiator.

Forecast and reorder products – This is more than just a number, it is about effectively balancing out-of-stock risk and overstock expenses.

Assist in the development of new opportunities – This will occur through joint efforts with a Buyer and will be the results of a combination of trade shows, cold calling and network soliciting.

Assist in the negotiation of purchase prices and create go-to-market pricing strategies – Working with a Buyer, the Associate Buyer will help create mutually beneficial partnerships through effective negotiation skills that clearly map out both party's needs.

Coordinate efforts with other Trinity departments – Working effectively with all team members ensures a superior experience for our vendor partners.

Requirements for Associate Buyer Position:

This is an entry level position and preference will be given to those with 1 to 2 years work experience with exposure to customer support and face to face interaction

Experience working with Amazon, Walmart or eBay is preferred

Exposure to forecasting models is preferred

Able to travel within the USA to attend trade shows and be able to navigate 8 to 10 hours a day while at the shows

Computer proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Google Drive, Microsoft Word

Associate's degree or greater preferred
