Possess or quickly develop operational expertise on the Ebay platform to streamline listing management and pricing. Work closely with platform vendors and freight suppliers to manage costs and open new sales opportunities. Work with merchandising team on inventory strategy and demand planning specific to the e-commerce channel. Work across PTC's network of distribution centers to fill orders and optimize freight expenses. Identify sales opportunities through competitive analysis, price modeling and experimentation, and market research. Manage and potentially grow the customer experience team to support increased sales volume, returns, adjustments, and product inquiries.
