Position Overview: MakarttPro is seeking a dynamic, results-driven eCommerce Specialist to manage our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) website and TikTok Shop presence. You will be responsible for optimizing online sales, enhancing customer experience, and managing day-to-day operations to drive revenue growth across these platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the MakarttPro DTC eCommerce website (Shopify Advanced), ensuring product listings, promotions, and content are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
- Oversee and grow MakarttPro's presence on TikTok Shop, including product uploads, livestream sales events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
- Analyze sales performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content and promotional materials tailored specifically for DTC and TikTok audiences.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and user experience by monitoring customer feedback, managing reviews, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid out-of-stock scenarios.
- Implement SEO best practices and coordinate with advertising specialists to drive traffic and conversions on both platforms.
- Generate regular sales and performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an eCommerce store, preferably Shopify.
- Proven experience with TikTok Shop management or similar social commerce platforms highly preferred.
- Familiarity with professional beauty or nail industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, TikTok Analytics).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
