We are seeking a fast-learning, eager, and self-motivated Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist/Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our brands' presence across various online marketplaces, managing product listings, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Note: Please only apply if you can commute to Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We are unable to accommodate hybrid or remote work options.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage online marketplace accounts, oversee product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment for multiple brands.
- Collaborate with marketing to update listings with compelling copy, high-quality images, and optimized content for visibility and search rankings.
- Upload new product listings accurately and timely; conduct regular audits for compliance and performance.
- Monitor performance metrics like sales, traffic, conversions, and reviews; analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and work with FBA services for efficient order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work with Warehouse to fulfill replacement part requests promptly.
- Assist marketing with promotional campaigns, product launches, and content creation to boost traffic and sales.
- Manage social media channels, develop content calendars, and engage with followers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and competitors to adapt strategies proactively.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management, especially with Amazon Vendor/SellerCentral & Home Depot DFC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Technically savvy with e-commerce platforms, listing tools, and inventory systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience with SellerCloud, Amazon Ads, and other online marketplaces is a plus.
Payrate: Starts at $27.50/hr
