Overview

The eCommerce Manager is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with assigned clients. The Manager will supervise a dedicated team in creating, optimizing, and executing client eCommerce initiatives, with a focus on Amazon growth strategies. The role requires hands-on management, attention to detail, and expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Amazon Media Group (AMG) services, as well as other online marketplaces.

This position combines strategic and tactical responsibilities, including applying detailed eCommerce knowledge to insights and recommendations, and supporting the development of innovative strategies to meet and exceed client objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily workflow of eCommerce campaigns, including proposal development, activation, maintenance, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Oversee client strategies and growth on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Stay ahead of eCommerce trends to become a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop end-to-end eCommerce strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to optimize client campaigns.
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations and client needs.
  • Identify client needs and exceed expectations through innovative solutions.
  • Provide performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop budgets and performance projections for testing new partners or technologies.
  • Conduct monthly client billing audits.
  • Improve workflows and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Identify and communicate trends in search and client industries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of media management experience, with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing eCommerce media buys.
  • Experience applying search strategies for brand-building and response initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Marketing Services and Amazon Media Group.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
