Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform and implementing effective strategies to increase online sales and customer retention. The successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing and Design teams and a wide range of external partners to ensure our E-commerce and digital marketing efforts align with the company's overall objectives.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Strategy

  • Develop and execute effective e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to drive DTC channel growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with the overall business strategy.

Ecommerce & Digital Marketing

  • Strategize with Ecommerce Team to plan and develop D2C online business plans, establishing responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
  • Create and Manage D2C online seasonal and promotional activity across brands while complimenting other trade calendars and promotions not to compete.
  • Manage and optimize Shopify to ensure smooth functionality, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and return on ad spend to track performance and drive continuous improvement. Reporting monthly and quarterly hindsight results and progress against sales targets across all brand s websites to Director, Ecommerce.
  • Website optimization utilizing A/B testing to drive continuous improvement, increased conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Improve and optimize site shopping experience by evaluating current feature sets and implementing new solutions and advancements, such as customer communication tools, mobile solutions, merchandising tools and other enhancements.
  • Partner with Director of Ecommerce for online performance marketing budget and oversee e-commerce agency team in monitoring channel performance
  • In collaboration with agency partners, drive online sales through Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging ad platforms. Request and coordinate creative deliverables with external and internal design teams
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings.
  • Own and manage all email and SMS campaigns and automations; continuously optimize flow performance and online acquisition strategies
  • Own and manage affiliate marketing programs.
  • Develop and implement referral and loyalty programs to increase customer retention, and maximize sales
  • Stay up to date on new trends, customer acquisition strategies, and emerging digital channels, and provide suggestions for new initiatives and revenue drivers
  • On an ongoing basis, analyze channel performance, summarize performance metrics along with industry benchmarks, and come up with recommendations based on findings

Who is the right person for this role:

  • 4-6 years of experience in E-commerce with a proven track record of conversion/sales success
  • Results-oriented and accountable

  • Strong Analytics skills and the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Highly motivated team player holding a positive attitude

Preferred & Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in; Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or similar discipline.
  • CPG Experience required. It s a PLUS if in the beauty and supplements category
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced level excel skills
  • Proficient in Shopify platform management, including theme customization, app integration, and performance monitoring.
  • Proficient in web analytics (Google Analytics) and working with website data to improve the user experience (UX) and site performance.
  • Operational experience with both internal and external 3Ps; order management (including fraud), distribution, fulfillment and customer service
  • Background in managing creative production and website and front/backend development oversight
  • Highly resourceful, flexible and creative in solving problems and strong sense of urgency to prioritize tasks and delivery on time
  • Contract and SOW negotiation skills, specifically around vendor selection and 3rd party management services.
  • Extensive experience analyzing digital performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, click-thru rate, attribution modeling etc.), and performing A/B testing across channels and creatives.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central a plus
