eBay Lister - CXtec : Job Details

With over 45 years of experience in the industry, CXtec supports enterprises throughout the world in rethinking how they build, support, decommission, and upgrade their IT infrastructure hardware to redefine their IT strategy towards a sustainable course. We are looking for an eBay Lister. As an eBay Lister, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, listing and helping to sell electronic assets that have been deemed nonviable for internal use but still retain resale value. You'll ensure these products are accurately listed on platforms like eBay and other Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketplaces You will be working with the hardware resale team of CXtec's Services Group - ITAD (IT Asset Disposition). CXtec ITAD works with Fortune 500 Companies and Channel Partners to safely secure or environmentally friendly dispose of data-bearing electronic devices such as Servers, networking, laptops and other enterprise technology hardware. We also work with these customers and partners to recover value for their assets on the secondary market. The pay for this position is $17-$20/ hourly with eligibility for quarterly bonuses up to $3,000 based on sales achievement. This position is in Syracuse, NY and requires full-time, onsite work. What you'll be doing:Product Identification & Routing • Identify IT assets in the warehouse (physically or virtually) with eCommerce value. • Coordinate with Operations to move selected assets into a finished goods site for sale. Research & Listing • Conduct product research using manufacturer websites and other sources. • Perform market value assessments to determine competitive pricing. • Create SEO-optimized product listings on eBay and other Direct-to-Consumer platforms. • Proactively audit product listings for accuracy and consistency. Performance Monitoring & Collaboration • Monitor listing performance and aging inventory. • Provide sales and content performance reports to leadership. Shipping Support • Assist with order picking and shipping as needed. What we're looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse, customer support or related environment. • Proven experience selling on eBay or similar online marketplaces. • Proficient in computer use, including internet research and Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with IT and consumer electronics products. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. • Detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
