Earthwork ForemanPosition Overview The Earthwork Foreman oversees and manages all earthwork operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to specifications. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to coordinate teams and equipment effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate earthwork operations and personnel on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies during all phases of work.
• Oversee site preparation activities, including grading and excavation.
• Manage heavy equipment operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement soil compaction techniques to meet project specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets required standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to execute tasks accurately.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Effectively communicate project progress and issues to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in construction management is a plus.
• Proven experience in earthwork operations and heavy equipment operation.
