Our mission is to help guests reconnect with the Earth through meaningful, heart-centered experiences in Sedona's sacred red rock landscapes. Position Summary We are seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and grounded individuals to join our team as Earth Wisdom Tour Guides. As a guide, you will lead small groups on tours through Sedona's stunning red rock landscapes, sharing insights on local geology, flora, fauna, indigenous wisdom, energy vortexes, and Earth-based spirituality. Ideal candidates will possess a strong connection to nature, excellent storytelling and communication skills, and the ability to hold safe, respectful, and inspiring space for all guests. Key Responsibilities

• Lead group and private tours (on foot and/or via vehicle) through Sedona's natural landscapes
• Share educational and spiritual insights related to:
  • Sedona's unique geology and ecology
  • Native American traditions and sacred sites (with respect and cultural sensitivity)
  • Earth-based spirituality and metaphysical concepts (e.g., energy vortexes)
  • Mindfulness, meditation, and grounding techniques
• Ensure safety, comfort, and a memorable experience for all guests
• Customize tours based on guests' interests, needs, and fitness levels
• Maintain a deep and respectful awareness of the land, wildlife, and sacred spaces
• Participate in training, meetings, and ongoing personal/ professional development
• Ability/Willingness to lead a non-spiritual off-road Jeep Tour

Qualifications Required:

• Passion for nature, spiritual traditions, and Earth wisdom
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and comfortable hiking in desert terrain and varied weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a grounded, calming presence
• First Aid/CPR certification

Preferred:

• Previous guiding, teaching, or outdoor leadership experience
• Knowledge of Sedona's history, geology, native traditions, and metaphysical significance
• Experience with meditation, energy work, or earth-based practices
