Join to apply for the Early Childhood Lead Teacher role at JCC Association of North America.

Responsibilities include:

Providing a warm, safe, and caring environment for students to grow, learn, and explore.

Supervising, interacting, and relating to children in a developmentally appropriate manner.

Implementing developmentally appropriate and challenging educational curriculum.

Developing lesson plans based on hands-on learning.

Providing pedagogical support to families.

Working in a team environment in partnership with teachers, teacher assistants, student teachers, substitutes, and volunteers.

Minimum qualifications:

BA in Early Childhood or MS in Education preferred.

New York State Certification in Early Childhood.

Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.

Strong communication skills.

Fluency in English required; bilingual in Russian preferred.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000.
