Position Overview
LJA seeks a dynamic Early Careers & Programs Team Lead to manage recruitment, internship, branding, and future program initiatives. Responsibilities include aligning hiring strategies, building campus partnerships, utilizing data insights, and fostering talent diversity and engagement.
Typical Day
- Lead and improve recruitment programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and manage relationships with colleges and universities.
- Manage the Campus Recruiting Team and collaborate with leaders.
- Foster a high-performing, innovative team environment.
- Enhance internship programs and improve conversion rates.
- Track and report on key metrics, including ROI.
- Develop programs to diversify talent pools.
- Travel approximately 25% for recruiting events and sourcing.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing to enhance branding and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 6+ years in recruiting, with 2+ years in leadership and program management.
- Proven impact through data-driven strategies.
- Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting civil engineering talent.
