Our EAP Counselors deliver short-term, solution-focused counseling and support to employees of contracted companies and their households. This role includes meaningful clinical work and organizational consultation in a flexible, supportive environment. What Makes This Role Unique:No insurance billing - ever. Spend your time doing clinical work, not paperwork. Diverse and engaging work including short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and workplace consultation. Flexible schedule options include a full 5-day or 4-day workweek, with two required evening shifts. The position includes a 35-hour workweek, 20 days paid time off annually (25 days after 5 years), 14 paid holidays as well as up to 4 days of bereavement and jury duty paid when needed.
