Global Hedge fund is seeking an Executive Assistant with 5+ years administrative experience to provide support their Legal & Compliance team.

Manage calendars and schedules, process expense reports and organize travel, when necessary. Maintain company profiles and vendor information, onboard firms, respond to daily questions regarding legal billing, check accuracy of files, partner with stakeholders and assist finance with accruals and requests.

Must have 5 years of experience as an EA with exceptional problem-solving capabilities, superior record keeping and organizational skills and a positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office required and experience with Thomson Reuters a strong plus.

Bachelors' degree a MUST!
