A Snapshot of Your Day
As the End to End Service Process Lead at Transformation of Industry (TI), you will start your day with a strategic meeting focused on standardizing service processes essential for achieving the company's objectives and enhancing its competitive edge. You will align processes such as Long Term Service (LTS), On-Site Service, Tooling, Digital Services, and more with the SAP Transformation Program. Acting as the main representative for service capabilities within TI, you will support the global rollout of the new enterprise template across four businesses, ensuring local business needs are communicated effectively. You will thrive in a collaborative environment that prioritizes transparency, continuous improvement, and support while gaining insights from international teams.
How You'll Make an Impact
Ensure alignment of service processes and requirements within the TI Business Area, balancing enterprise harmonization with local business needs
Act as the main spokesperson for service capabilities, providing in-depth insights into the TI Business Area
Design and implement effective service processes that will craft the future operational practices of TI
Support the assessment of existing service processes and IT landscape to aid in project scope and planning
Serve as a product owner for service processes, ensuring flawless integration across various systems and handling service capabilities across multiple rollout entities
Own the Service Key User Community, offering hands-on support to local teams during rollout projects and driving the transformation of legacy service processes to meet evolving market conditions
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with extensive experience in service process and project management
Sound knowledge of service processes, tools, and standard methodologies, in addition to proficiency in SAP R/3; Exposure to SAP S/4 is beneficial
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven track record to innovate and adapt in dynamic environments
Ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building robust networks in multi-national/multi-cultural settings
Consistent track record of driving successful service process initiatives and achieving strategic goals
Understanding the need for harmonized processes across different IT tools and the importance of smart, digitized interfaces, with opportunities for professional development within the organization

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
