Job Summary:

The Ecommerce Support Specialist works with brand partners and customers to reach their Amazon and ecommerce PPC goals. This role is responsible for the execution and daily optimization of digital marketing campaigns, planning the launch and making adjustments in order to reach and exceed goals. The Specialist role reports to the Ecommerce Support Manager.

The Ecommerce Support Specialist collaborates with brand partners and customers to achieve their Amazon and ecommerce PPC goals. This role is responsible for executing and daily optimizing digital marketing campaigns, planning launches, and making adjustments to exceed targets. The Specialist also actively cultivates strong customer relationships by ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives, proactively communicating campaign progress, providing insights, and aligning strategies with evolving business goals The Specialist role reports to the Ecommerce Support Manager.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Learn philosophies related to Amazon selling, utilizing that information to optimize budgets and spend for brand partners and clients

Analyze and manage pay-per-click campaign performance

Work closely with managed accounts and internal teams to achieve goals

Assist the marketing and support team with other brand partner and customer needs

Work closely with the product team to identify growth opportunities

Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding business needs, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ecommerce and Amazon advertising practices to provide proactive advice and solutions.

Provide mentorship and training to new team members, sharing expertise in Amazon selling philosophies, PPC campaign management, and client relationship building

Take on additional client accounts and expand knowledge, such as expertise in DSP, propose strategic initiatives, and actively contribute to the overall success of Sellozo

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, behavioral psychology or related field

Experience and success with PPC campaigns and/or software-as-a-service marketing technology platforms

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Passionate about software, developing business and technology

Previous experience selling on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms a plus

Other Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies to clients and team members.

Reliable internet connection

An atmosphere that is appropriate for virtual/phone meetings

An environment that minimizes distractions

It is preferred that remote employees live within 100 miles of a major airport

Proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Excel.

Experience in a SaaS environment a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Expected annual salary is $45k - $55k, DOE
