E-COMMERCE ORDER FULFILLMENT REPRESENTATIVE Job Number: 160 Salary: $17.90 Department: Bearwear Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Occasional Weekends, 11am-4pm Duties: Responsible for the fulfillment of online orders from UCLAStore.com. Prepare, process, and sort products to be shipped to customers. Maintain stock levels via intra-department transfers, inventory reconciliation, etc. Basic office tasks such as data entry, filing, etc. are required. Requirements: Must be able to do work that requires frequent bending, lifting, pushing, walking, standing, and climbing ladders. Applicants must be able to lift up to 30lbs. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accurate recording keeping skills are necessary. Must be self-motivated and able to multi task. Basic computer skills are also required.
