E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate - Fleet Farm : Job Details

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by efficiently processing and fulfilling online orders. This position involves locating merchandise for online orders from both the backroom and the sales floor to ensure prompt delivery to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within a four-hour timeframe to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and ship Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within a two-day timeframe, unless specified for next-day delivery service.
• Properly package customer orders for shipment utilizing appropriate materials and in a timely manner.
• Effectively organize and fulfill layaway orders, especially during the holiday season.
• Deliver outstanding service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned tasks promptly.
• Promote Fleet Farm's customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives positively.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifiable to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment, which involves exposure to temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
