Job Type Full-timeDescriptionResponsible for loading metal stampings onto a paint rack. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong understanding of proper placement techniques. One must be able to read and follow a schedule. Manually hang, position, and move empty and full racks to the line. Attention to quality, minor inspection of raw material as it is being loaded. Work closely with co-workers, group leaders, and complete team to assure our customer schedules are met and done accurately.RequirementsMust be able to work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday with occasional overtime. Must have the ability to stand, lift, and carry items of various sizes regularly. Lifting weight not to exceed 35 lbs. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to push/pull carts around the production floor. Computer skills are a plus, not required - we can train. Computers, monitors, and barcode scanners are used in this position.Salary Description $16.50 Start + 10% Shift Premium
