Our Finance and Supply Chain Management Consultants use structured project methodologies to define, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. This client-facing role requires a team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills, responsible for designing ERP systems to meet business requirements and ensuring successful implementation.

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure technical teams deliver aligned solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses.
• Travel regularly, lead project streams, and engage with clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Experience working in project teams through all phases of project governance, requirements, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout.
• Deep understanding of business processes and ability to adapt them within Dynamics 365.
• Development of methodologies, tools, and thought leadership to differentiate EY in the market.
• Leading design processes by engaging with business process leaders.
• Broad technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules.
• Collaboration with client technology professionals and third-party partners.
• Building and managing relationships internally and externally.
• Effective communication with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
• Analytical skills and decision-making based on policies.
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members.
• Proven problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of relevant ERP consulting experience.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation.
• Implementation experience with MS Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, or Dynamics 365.
• Finance-specific applicants should have project accounting experience.
• Skills in Application Functional Design, System Configuration, and Business Architecture Frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant fields.
• Microsoft Dynamics Certifications.
• Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments.
