Dynamics CRM Consultant - Lawrence Harvey : Job Details

Lawrence Harvey offers solutions across resource acquisition and project delivery in the US. Within the Microsoft Dynamics practice, our customer, a major automobile manufacturer based in Detroit, is seeking a D365 CRM Consultant who has expertise in data analysis and cleansing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, objectives, and data-related challenges in the Dynamics 365 CRM environment.
• Perform data analysis to assess data quality, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions for data cleansing and validation.
• Design, implement, and execute data cleansing strategies to improve the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of CRM data.
• Conduct data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and loading (ETL processes) for D365 CRM.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working as a D365 CRM Consultant or in a similar CRM/data management role.
