Join us and help the world's leading organizationsunlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Location - New York NY, Chicago IL and Atlanta GAJob DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of CRM solutions across B2B and B2C operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in D365 CE modules, Power Platform tools, and enterprise-level CRM transformations.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows aligned with D365 CE capabilities.
• Define functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reporting.
• Lead & opportunity management, pipeline tracking
• Customer Service: Case management, SLAs, service scheduling
• Marketing: Campaigns, segmentation, lead scoring, event management
• Leverage Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to streamline business processes.
• Support integration with external systems and data platforms.
• Collaborate with data and integration teams to:
• Migrate from AX 2009 to D365 CE
• Integrate with Databricks for Pet & Microchip Registry
• Enable real-time data flows with Shopify, Espresa, Paymentech, SendGrid
• Validate data mappings and support UAT for migrated and integrated data.
• Assist in enabling Microsoft Copilot for AI-powered customer interaction summaries and forecasting.
• Support Customer Insights configuration for enriched profiling and segmentation.
• Ensure business users can access curated insights via Dataverse and Power BI.
• Develop test cases and support functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Create user guides and deliver training sessions.
• Provide post-Go-Live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Strong understanding of:D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Integration frameworks and data migration processes
• Experience in large-scale CRM implementations and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate (CE)
• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, and Customer Insights
• Familiarity with IPPD 365 or similar delivery frameworks
