Your Role as a Speech Therapist

Your journey involves:

• Assessing, developing, and administering tailored treatment plans for patients needing speech and language rehabilitation.
• Recognizing issues and adjusting speech therapy treatments as required.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and treatment responses.
• Celebrating patient achievements throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
