Established in 1959, dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers, operating in 129 airports across 35 countries, handling over 1,900 flights daily and providing services including ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering for over 300 airline customers.

The Airport Operations Manager oversees daily operational activities, including:

• Staffing, safety oversight, and policy adherence
• Driving operational excellence
• Utilizing customer technologies for safe and on-time operations
• Loading/unloading baggage and cargo, including lifting requirements
• Operating motorized equipment and reading aircraft load sheets
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Promoting safety culture and conducting safety meetings
• Performing other duties as assigned and maintaining attendance standards

• 2-3 years of aviation management experience

• Strong people management, planning, and customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle conflict

• Good communication and computer skills (Office 365, Word, Excel)

• Flexibility in working hours

Education: An associate's degree or equivalent experience/training in related fields.
