Duty Chaplain - Luminis Health : Job Details

Collaborates with the health care team as the resource person for Spiritual Care for patients, families, staff and community. Essential Job Duties:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assesses patients/families spiritual care needs, contributes and updates the patient care plan as needed in relation to spiritual care needs. Provides education to staff in the fields of spiritual care. Acts as liaison to enhance existing relationships with other spiritual care providers. Maintain records in accordance with CPE requirements. Educational/ Experience Requirements:Bachelors degree from an accredited college of university. A Masters of Divinity degree or equivalent from an accredited educational facility. (Endorsement of faith group). Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) training or equivalent preferred. Required.
