DSP TRAINING - Phaxis : Job Details

Training for two weeks before workers are able to start their scheduled shifts at their confirmed sites:

Two week training in the Garden City office required:

• 10 hours online
• In-person in the office for ASP training
• Must be SCIP certified and if they aren't than Life's WORC will pay for this
• Must be CPR certified and if they aren't than Life's WORC will pay for this.
• They must sit in Life's WORC new employee orientation.

$15 per hour/Pay rate for the 2 weeks of training = $24.00/hour Bill rate

$17 per hour/ Pay rate once all training finished = $27.20/hour Bill rate
