Position Title: DSP Site LeadEmployer: Richwood Logistics LLCPosition Type: SalariedPosition SummaryRichwood Logistics LLC is looking for a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Site Lead with a strong focus on quality control and associate experience. The Site Lead is responsible for all safety, quality, customer experience, administrative, people development and operations objectives. The Site Leader will lead a team of Dispatchers and Driver Leads, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the organization. The successful candidate will continuously improve the efficiency of processes and instill a culture of customer obsession, quality, and best-practice sharing.General Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience of the operations.
- Will set and clarify requirements and expectations for Dispatchers and Driver Leads. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Dispatchers and Driver Leads accountable for their performance and the performance of their teams/departments.
- Leverages the Dispatchers and Driver Leads by sourcing and nurturing ideas, and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
- Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the company.
- Works closely with upper management (HR, Operations, and Fleet) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.
- This position will lead and manage up to 100+ employees.
- Managing workflow, escalations and effectively delegate across your leadership team.
- Driving the creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality/process change initiatives.
- Play a critical role in building management depth by providing guidance and mentorship to all levels of leadership within your organization.
- Managing and driving the manpower demand plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives and assist the business to achieve annual improvements within its operating plan.
- Develops talent - Create, lead, engage with and direct a workforce to drive enhanced performance. This will include at all levels of the business- safety of our people, employee engagement, performance leadership, talent & succession, and training & development.
- Planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement and return of fleet vehicles.
Basic Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of Management experience
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement
- Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations
- Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including weekends and holidays
- Strong in oral and written communication skills with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem -solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize
- Able to manage detail, establish root cause and be able to extract and manipulate data

- Experience with Fleet Management, Operations, and Human Resources
- Previous Amazon experience
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situation
- Entrepreneurial in mind, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial
- An analytical thinker with management skills, attention to detail, an ability to influence others, and exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
