Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Drywaller / Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drywall installation, finishing, and painting, with a strong attention to detail and quality. This role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, ensuring smooth wall finishes and clean, professional paint applications. Duties Install drywall panels on walls and ceilings, including measuring, cutting, and fitting. Tape and finish joints, corners, and seams to create a smooth surface. Sand, patch, and repair drywall surfaces as needed. Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including cleaning, priming, and masking. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Match and mix paint colors to achieve desired results. Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate workflow and project completion. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area. Experience Proven experience in drywall hanging, finishing, and painting. Proficiency with drywall tools, painting equipment, and safety practices. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes. Ability to read and follow project specifications and blueprints. Experience with both residential and commercial projects is preferred.
