Dryer Operator (Protein, Nights) - Hilmar Cheese Company : Job Details

The Protein Dryer Operator is responsible for safely operating Protein Dryer Equipment to process and dry whey protein package in accordance with company Food Safety and GMP practices. Job Responsibilities Practice significant computer interface functions. (Wonder Ware, Word and Excel based) Operation and understanding of whey protein processing and drying fundamentals and drying recipes. Practice proper product handling to ensure minimum product loss. Maintain accurate and complete documentation. Active participation and ownership in your training and development program and associated activities, classes and events, which will be held before, during, after shifts and during scheduled days off. Help coach and train teammates and participate in on the job, buddy training. Place high priority on food safety and sanitation by understanding and executing HCCs food safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
