Drone Custom ApplicatorGPAC is currently hiring for aDrone Custom Applicator!This individual will be responsible for focusing the majority of their efforts on application operations, as well as driving the company's growth for their applicating team.Drone Applicator Responsibilities:Safely operate the drone equipment to spray the various lakes/ponds that are being managed.Applicate fertilizer and chemical through various drone techniquesMaintain accurate records of applications, recreations, and products usedPerform routine maintenance and upkeep on equipmentCommunicate effectively with customers and team members regarding recreational conditions and job completionDrive the success and growth of the spraying aspect of the businessQualifications:3-5 years of custom applicating experience.Custom applicators license requiredDrone license requiredAbility to work extended hours during peak seasonStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay: $25-$35 per hour depending on experienceFull benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, etc.Company-provided training and advancement opportunitiesBe around water recreations and wildlife/fisheriesApply today!If you're a dependable custom applicator with drone experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
