Come join our growing team!What We Offer* Starting pay range: $18/hr (Drivers), $16/hr (Movers), up to $31/hr for OTR jobs + TIPS!* Performance based raises* Monthly performance bonus incentives* Paid time off* Career advancement opportunities - we are committed to promoting from within!* Flexible scheduling* Opportunity to earn cash tips from customers; weekly average of $300-$500/week!What You'll DoYou and your team will:* Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings* Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business* Load and unload a 26-foot moving trucks* Complete paperwork and payment collection* Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checksWhat We're Looking ForWe hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.* High school diploma or GED* 18 years or older for movers; 21 years or older with a valid license for drivers due to insurance restrictions* Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing* Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude* Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day* Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screensThis job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Ocean Township, New Jersey.
