OBJECTIVES & ACCOUNTABILITIES (including, but not limited to):Deliver all equipment on a timely basis as promised to customers. 100% of late deliveries reported to dispatcher .00% of units to be fueled, inspected for damage and tagged at time of return .00% of management requests, special assignment or projects to be completed with in the specified time. Driver must maintain a safe driving record at all times. Department of Transportation (DOT) log book to be in 100% compliance. Drivers Daily Inspection Reports to be completed prior to first run every morning .00% of suspected customer damage reported to on site coordinator immediately upon identification. Digital pictures to be taken of all suspected customer damage .00% of suspected damages to be documented on check-in sheet. Obtains customer signature on rental contract and damage inspection sheet at time of delivery. Minimum 90% of all contracts and inspection sheets to have customer signature captured. Appearance.
